Thanks to Gagadaily.com/fashion, I finally know where they got it! The House of Armani collaborated with Lady Gaga again for this masterpiece. Emporio Armani Men's designed and produced the outfit for Ms. Gaga's dancers. Here is the sketch:
In addition to that, the suit will be available at Emporio Armani stores next season! Price is still unknown for the said masterpiece. Oh Visa, please don't let me down! :))
